EVE Energy Purchased 100% Shares of TCL HUIZHOU HYPERPOWER BATTERIES INC., Strengthen in CE Lithium Field.

28^thDecember, 2017, Huizhou EVE Energy signed “HUIZHOU HYPERPOWER BATTERIES INCEquity Transfer Agreement” with TCL Corporation and HuizhouTechne-elec, EVE Energy plan to purchase 100% HUIZHOU HYPERPOWER BATTERIES INCshares with 73.59 million Yuan.

HUIZHOU HYPERPOWER BATTERIES INC was established in January 1999, is one of the earliest professional companies in polymer lithium-ion battery cell research and development, manufacture and sale. HUIZHOU HYPERPOWER BATTERIES INC has years of developing experiences in Consumer Electronics lithium ion battery field, it has strong development and research ability with scale production capacity and good client bases. 

EVE Energy started lithium ion battery business in 2010, after 7 years’accumulation, EVE gains its superiority in electronic atomizer and smart wearable market. 2017, EVE seized the opportunity of rapid market development, optimized its client structure with Key Customers orders increased rapidly, while production and deliver ability restricted the businessdevelopmentso far.
