At 9:30 a.m. on July 10th, SMOORE International (6969.HK) was officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with a market value of over HK$160 billion.

EVE indirectly holds 1,901,520,000 shares of SIHL through its wholly-owned grandson company EVE BATTERY INVESTMENT LTD., accounting for 33.11% of the total share capital of SIHL after the completion of the global offering (assuming that the over-allotment option is not exercised)
