Working Jointly to Create a Win-WinFuture! — Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement Signed Between EVE Energy and LINYANG Energy

At 1:30 p.m. on March 6th, 2017, the grand Signing Ceremony of Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between Huizhou EVE Energy Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Linyang Energy Co., Ltd. was held at the headquarters of Huizhou Zhongkai Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone. Senior leaders and business backbones of both parties including EVE’s Chairman & President Dr. LIU Jincheng and LINYANG’s Chairman LU Yonghua attended this Signing Ceremony.

At the Signing Ceremony, LINYANG’s Chairman LU Yonghua expressed that the cooperation between LINYANG and EVE would gradually transform into systematic project-based cooperation from the previous product-based one, and that the long-term friendly cooperation and common development would also be conductive to the realization of mutual visions.

EVE’s Chairman Dr. LIU Jincheng also stated that EVE was greatly spurred and encouraged by the award of “LINYANG’s excellent service-provider” for years, which also enabled EVE to become the industry's largest and most competitive manufacturer; and that EVE would like to work jointly with LINYANG and focus on large markets including intelligent energy and intelligent communities so as to struggle hand in hand for turning each other into a time-honored enterprise with billions of market value! Since 2014, EVE Energy has started to step into the power and energy storage markets, and respectively established high-level and fully automated power storage battery production bases in Huizhou headquarters and Hubei Jingmen, which have begun to take shape. Dr. LIU also put it that EVE Energy would always adhere to the vision of "Making the world's best lithium battery and becoming an industry leader", actively respond to the call of “Fighting for the blue sky” by Prime Minister LI Keqiang, and deliver quality products with the spirit of craftsmen, thereby making its due contributions to China's new energy cause!

After the signing of this Framework Agreement, both parties will fully take advantage of themselves as listed companies and work together to develop intelligent energy storage businesses by way of business models like contract energy management, financial leasing and jointly setting up "intelligent distributed energy storage" funds, which will contribute to the improvement of EVE’s future performance level.
