Successfully conducted training on new sustainable business strategies from an ESG perspective, contributing to the company's sustainable development.

On December 9, 2023, EVE successfully conducted a training session at its headquarters in Huizhou and its Jingmen Base, focusing on a new sustainable business strategy from an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) perspective.

The training is designed for senior management, including vice presidents and general managers responsible for production, finance, HR, legal affairs, EHS, IT, infrastructure, and sales functions of the company. The course covered topics ranging from understanding ESG principles, opportunities, and challenges to designing and managing sustainable business strategies. To ensure the professionalism of the training, the company invited Dr. Lv, a director from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), to lead the sessions. After the comprehensive theoretical training, interactive scenario simulations were conducted in a lively atmosphere. Participants applied sustainable principles to tackle crises and experienced ESG scenarios in transformation and improvement.

During this training, senior management gained a deeper understanding of the significance of ESG principles and the new paradigm of sustainable business strategy, resulting in a shared consensus on sustainable business practices.
