EVE Power and Jingmen Public Transportation Group Signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On October 17th, EVE Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: EVE Power) and Jingmen Public Transportation Group Co.,Ltd signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement. Junjie Zhou, Vice Mayor of Jingmen Municipal Government, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Hi-tech Zone and Secretary of Duodao District Committee, Junhu Bian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Jingmen Public Transportation Group, and other leaders were presented, and senior executives of EVE Power, including Hongyan Zhou, Executive Vice President of EVE Power, witnessed the ceremony together. The signing ceremony was presided over by Wei Wang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Hi-tech Zone, Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Doudao District and Mayor of Doudao District.

According to the cooperation agreement, both parties will carry out a full range of cooperation in the promotion of new energy vehicles, new energy vehicle charging and switching, battery recycling, production, research and market cooperation and other areas, to promote the electrification of urban public transport, sustainable development, and jointly build a new energy industry chain ecosystem in the field of public transport.

Hongyan Zhou, Executive Vice President of EVE Power introduced that EVE Power and Jingmen Public Transportation Group have established cooperation for eight years, and both sides have carried out cooperation in new energy buses and commuter vehicles. This time, EVE cooperated with Jingmen Public Transportation Group again for in-depth cooperation, and looking forward to realizing complementary advantages, integrated development, and jointly promote the application of new energy buses and taxi in the city to provide a greener, smarter, and more convenient travel experience, and to help urban public transportation achieve a qualitative leap in environmental protection, urban image, and user experience.

Junhu Bian, Party Secretary and Chairman of Jingmen Public Transportation Group, said in his speech that Jingmen Public Transportation Group will, as always, fully support the industrial development of EVE Power and provide more assistance to EVE Power in increasing the market share of power batteries.
